About me

Rick Sapir is an independent contractor providing assistance in creating, managing, and customizing technical content. This content includes:

• End-user documentation (such as user guides and online help)
• Training material (such as tutorials and videos)
• Website delivery (specializing in the Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware platform)

I have been delivering technical content in multiple formats for more than 15 years. I am also actively involved in development of the open source Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware and am a board member of Tiki Software Community Association.

In addition, I am an Associate Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication (STC), and have served in leadership roles of my local chapter and several Special Interest Groups (SIGs).

I was co-founder of KeyContent.org and maintain its crowd-sourced calendar of events for the techcomm community.
